A lot of civic projects fail because they solve an imagined problem rather than a real one. The hard bit is not only having a good idea, but understanding the user, the workflow, the institution, the adoption barrier and the incentive structure.
I can help you move from idea to intervention: What problem are you actually solving? Who needs to change behaviour? What would make adoption rational? What evidence would convince people? What existing process does this need to fit inside? When should you build something new, and when should you adapt what already exists?
I’m especially interested in practical interventions that increase agency, competence, coordination and trust.
